Time Warner Cable, CNN, & Piers Morgan, Love America but Hate its Defense

Piers Morgan, CNN/US and Time Warner Cable, that owns those two brands, are continuing their campaign against the Second Amendment. These three American companies like doing business in the ?United States? but apparently have no understanding, use or respect for its ideals or continuance.

Last Wednesday, December 19, 2012, Morgan held a ?town hall meeting? titled ?Guns in America,? on his regular show titled ?Piers Morgan.? It was stacked with survivors of those killed by criminals using guns. The few guests he had on the show that were not against the Second Amendment were cut short, yelled at, avoided or had their words twisted. His show high-lighted a lot of statistics showing a lot of crime using guns in the US. Morgan?s main question he continued to ask was; ?what does a hunter need with an assault weapon that will shoot a hundred rounds a minute?? How strange that none of Morgan?s guests could really answer the question? Too bad he did not invite someone from Oath Keepers or have some child read the Preamble to the Bill of Rights in the US Constitution which says:?

?THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.?

Is it not clear that our founders contemplated the need for defense from a union government exceeding its authority and harming its citizens? Is it not clear that the Bill of Rights including the 2^nd Amendment is not about hunting and stopping burglars but stopping a military controlled by tyrants from oppressing and enslaving the people of the US?

One guest on Morgan?s stacked town hall meeting said our founders did not count on ?assault weapons? when writing the 2^nd amendment. Oh really! Too bad this guest with a heavy foreign accent was not familiar with Alexander Hamilton?s Federalist Letter #29 where he said:

?By thus circumscribing the plan, it will be possible to have an excellent body of well-trained militia, ready to take the field whenever the defense of the State shall require it. This will not only lessen the call for military establishments, but if circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little, if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow-citizens. This appears to me the only substitute that can be devised for a standing army, and the best possible security against it, if it should exist.?

We have had a Federal standing army in violation of US Con. Art. 1 Sec. 8 for over 60 years that is presently conducting unconstitutional wars and occupations, and this force, uncontrolled by the Constitution of the US, is a threat to the people of the US at this very moment. Why is there a thirst for these defense weapons like an AR-15 at this time? Is it not because the Federal government has obviously exceeded its authority, without measure, just as the Preamble predicted and warned?

Why do we have a Fiscal Cliff? Is it not the direct result of unlawful legislation creating fiat paper money in violation of US Con. Art. 1 Sec. 10, that forbids anything but gold and silver coin to be used as currency? How about Benghazi? Would this have happened had we not sent a CIA operative to help overthrow Libya as a US Ambassador to Libya? We just had the US Supreme Court tell us that paying a penalty to the IRS for not buying private health insurance is a lawful tax! The Federal government is not interested the evidence proving that over 10 tons of nanothermite was used in the demolition of the WTC which gave us the ?Patriot Act? which should be titled the Tyranny Act.

Our problems in the US are a direct result of a federal government that has been taken over by a cartel of criminal foreign bankers, who have altered the form of our government by law without amendments, thereby dissolving it. Now this dissolved unlawful federal government wants to pick up your defense weapons! What happens when the unlawful paper monetary system collapses and you are put on rail cars to go work in FEMA camps? Who will take care of the children then? If Washington DC wants safety everywhere, crime to stop, and the thirst for defense weapons to be quenched they should STOP VIOLATING THE LAW OF THE LAND!

Piers Morgan closed his show by saying; ?I love America and I love Americans, I?ve been here eight years, I live here.? Well if he loves us so much why doesn?t he take the time to learn about our nation and its laws?
