It does not matter whether you approach the law from revelation from God?s written word or from the state of nature or observation of natural principle, we arrive with the same right of all individuals to defend their lives, liberties and possessions from all comers whether they be a few criminals or a tyrannical government army. The Bible says thy shalt not kill or steal therefore you should not do those things. But at the same time and as a result, all people have a corresponding right to defend their property consisting of life, liberty and possessions. John Locke author of the ?Second Treatise of Government,? upon which our nation was built according to Thomas Jefferson, also showed that the state of nature has laws that govern it and one of those is:
?Every one, as he is bound to preserve himself, and not to quit his station wilfully, so by the like reason, when his own preservation comes not in competition, ought he, as much as he can, to preserve the rest of mankind, and may not, unless it be to do justice on an offender, take away, or impair the life, or what tends to the preservation of the life, the liberty, health, limb, or goods of another.?
Therefore, the government that removes the peoples? means of preservation of property violates both the Law of Nature and the Law of God. In fact, Piers Morgan is advocating war against the people by their government. John Locke also showed that disarming the people is an act of war as it is intended to make them defenseless slaves:
?And hence it is, that he who attempts to get another man into his absolute power, does thereby put himself into a state of war with him; it being to be understood as a declaration of a design upon his life: for I have reason to conclude, that he who would get me into his power without my consent, would use me as he pleased when he had got me there, and destroy me too when he had a fancy to it; for no body can desire to have me in his absolute power, unless it be to compel me by force to that which is against the right of my freedom, i.e. make me a slave. To be free from such force is the only security of my preservation; and reason bids me look on him, as an enemy to my preservation, who would take away that freedom which is the fence to it; so that he who makes an attempt to enslave me, thereby puts himself into a state of war with me. He that, in the state of nature, would take away the freedom that belongs to any one in that state, must necessarily be supposed to have a foundation of all the rest; as he that in the state of society, would take away the freedom belonging to those of that society or commonwealth, must be supposed to design to take away from them every thing else, and so be looked on as in a state of war.?
Therefore, the design to disarm the people and make them defenseless to the government?s military power is a declaration of war against them. It would be most foolish for the people to not immediately form their own local militias throughout the nation. This declaration by the Obama administration and many others indicates that they know something bad is on the way that they cannot prevent due to other violations of the law they have committed with the unconstitutional Federal Reserve. They must perceive that they will not be able to prevent the people from obtaining new and better government during the economic collapse unless the people are incapable of resisting soldiers will all their equipment.
Piers Morgan, CNN and TIME WARNER have displayed the worst or human character to use the victims, injured and survivors of those killed by mentally ill children to create an American holocaust. Guns were not responsible for these deaths. Children who were maladjusted and hopeless in the present degenerate society where government violates the law of the land and churches do nothing and public school is void of principle. Our society has become a waste land and the answer we get from Piers and company is disarmament of the people and real military conducted mass murder on the order of one third of the population. Recent history proves this can happen if the people are disarmed.
